We want you to love your Sun Chasers purchase! If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Refund Option We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Store Credit Option Choose store credit instead and you'll receive the full value of your order with no restocking fee deducted. Store credit returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and your credit can be used on any future purchase.

Return Protection at Checkout Want a completely worry-free experience? Add Return Protection to your order at checkout for just 2.48$.  If you need to return your item, we'll provide a prepaid label and cover all return shipping costs for you — no out-of-pocket expense, no hassle.

How to Start a Return Email us at customercare@shopsunchasers.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the return address and next steps. If you purchased Return Protection you will find in the footer START RETURN add your order number and  we'll send your prepaid label directly. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, gift cards, and opened or used products without label attached are not eligible for return.
