We want you to love your Sun Chasers purchase! If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Refund Option We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Store Credit Option Choose store credit instead and you'll receive the full value of your order with no restocking fee deducted. Store credit returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and your credit can be used on any future purchase.

Return Protection at Checkout Want a completely worry-free experience? Add Return Protection to your order at checkout for just 2.48$.  If you need to return your item, we'll provide a prepaid label and cover all return shipping costs for you — no out-of-pocket expense, no hassle.

How to Start a Return Start your return online through our returns portal
Enter your order number and email to get started. You'll select the items you're returning, choose your reason, and we'll walk you through the next steps.If you purchased Return Protection, your prepaid shipping label will be generated automatically at the end of the process. Please do not send items back without starting a return in the portal first.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, gift cards, and opened or used products without label attached are not eligible for return.
